Hail César...the Mexican and Italian one!

I had Wednesday off in celebration of César Chávez...   Don't worry, of all the holidays to get cut, César Chávez wasn't one of them.  You don't think they'd ever keep the white folk holidays over the ethnic ones, do ya?  Politically incorrect, right?  BLEK BLEK BLEK.  Whatever.  ANYWHO, since I had it off, I used the time to be more productive than usual.

We moved Wilton headquarters into the hall closet.  Paiute Place didn't come with an overabundance of storage space so we've had to make do with what we've got.  Here's the evolution of...the hall closet!  My mad carpentry skills...

Here's what's for dinner...
We subscribe to Sunset Magazine and each month they have great recipes!  Usually I can find at least one recipe that really stands out.  I pulled this one from the February 2010 Sunset.
